Who we are
This website is run by True Meridian LTD, a company registered in England and Wales. For any privacy question, email contact@bethnorton.co.uk.
What we collect and why
- Website analytics. If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site, such as which pages are viewed and whether people click to book a call. We use this only to improve the site. We have switched off Google's advertising features. If you decline, analytics does not run.
- LinkedIn Insight Tag. If you accept cookies, we also use LinkedIn's Insight Tag. It gives us aggregated, anonymous information about visitors who are LinkedIn members, such as job function, seniority, industry and company size. We cannot see who you are individually. LinkedIn may also use this data to let us show relevant LinkedIn ads to people who have visited this site. If you decline, the tag does not run.
- Booking a call. When you book a strategy call, Google Calendar collects your name, email address and any answers you give in the booking form, so we can arrange and prepare for the call.
- Emails and messages. If you contact us, we keep your message and contact details so we can reply and follow up.
Legal basis
We use analytics cookies only with your consent. We handle booking and contact details because we have a legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and arranging calls you have asked for, or to take steps before entering into a contract with you.
Who we share it with
We use Google (Google Analytics and Google Workspace) and LinkedIn (the LinkedIn Insight Tag) to provide these services. Google may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
Google Analytics data is kept for 14 months. LinkedIn keeps Insight Tag data according to its own policies, and its cookies last up to six months. Enquiry and booking details are kept for as long as needed to manage our relationship with you, and then deleted.
Your choices and rights
You can change your cookie choice at any time using “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the homepage. You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, and to object to how we use it. Email us to make a request. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
